Our Jennies have been selected to compliment our Jacks and in doing so - the resultant progeny will improve the breed standard.

Heather Frampton, a well recognised and respected breeder for many years, sadly for the donkey industry; decided to wind up her breeding. We were 'Lucky' enough [ Pun - intended! Poppy is a Lucky Penny g/daughter!! LOL ] to be able to secure this wonderful girl.

We are very excited about the possibilities and foals that Poppy will produce with our little jacks. Poppy has great conformation, a wide chest, straight legs, lovely temperament and a great mum ... And spots to boot ! A winner !

We want to thank Heather with all our hearts for trusting us with her girls, that she has doted on and loved for years. Like us here, Heather was a boutique stud focusing on each donkey's individual attention and needs.

We were overjoyed to see little Inca arrive. Her mum is so sweet. Tanaya got up to meet me with little Inca's front feet already out. Inca was our first spotted jenny to be born at our stud. She is truly a special girl, not only coz she was our first spotted filly; but because she has matured into such an exceptional jenny. She still loves her cuddles and hugs you - plus a great mum. And her first foal - filly, Avalon - is her mum all over.. Built so well with that 'look at me presence'.

aka: Nickname Cheeky - this girl is all LOVE ! My hubby's favorite...... Her black coloring suits her - she's like a shadow. Always near or behind you for a cuddle just divine................. l really looooooove this breeding. Cheeky is very correct , small beautifully balanced, and down right 'Sooky' in temperament. Cheeky pictured with her first gorgeous filly foal DOB 6/08/11.

Update - Cheeky's 2013 filly is a magnificent JET BLACK WOOLY FILLY - 'Star' .

Star is a micro - tiny, tiny girl, wooly & true black and just beautiful ! Cheeky is a great dam...
